Returns on the Web

TOSHIBA RETURNS ON THE WEB enables Resellers to initiate on-line requests for New Product Return Merchandise Authorizations.

To utilize Toshiba Returns on the Web simple solution, Reseller must have an authorized User ID and Password for access to us.dynabook.com/sell The Toshiba Returns on the Web provides immediate response with RMA Number and instructions, or rejection reason if applicable. RMA includes instructions for return merchandise address ship-to location.

Toshiba Returns on the Web includes an automatic email confirmation notification. Please provide your email address when requesting RMA and a copy of the RMA will be sent to you by email.

Toshiba Returns on the Web includes a "look-up' function to research and recreate Return Authorizations if the initial request was submitted and approved by the Returns on the Web tool. The on-line historical inquiry tool does not include any requests processes manually or through other means.

Return Merchandise Terms & Conditions:

  1. Authorized Product shall only be eligible for return to Toshiba provided it is:
    1. Current Authorized Product, and if discontinued, cannot not have been discontinued more than ninety (90) days prior to the request for return.
    2. Complete and in resalable condition.
    3. In original factory packaging.
      1. Credit will be denied and product will be refused if product is damaged during return due to improper packaging
  2. Authorized Product including, but not limited to, power cords, software, manuals and all other items in the original factory package, must be returned within 30 days after a New Product Return ("NPR") Authorization is issued.
    1. Credit will be denied and product will be refused if product is damaged during return due to improper packaging
  3. All freight charges for the authorized return of DOAs will be paid by RESELLER; and during transit of said product from RESELLER back to Toshiba, risk of loss will be borne by RESELLER.
  4. Product returned without a valid NPR Authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to RESELLER at RESELLER's expense.
  5. Toshiba shall not be responsible for any items including, but not limited to, add-on Accessories returned with the Authorized Product unless these items are itemized on the NPR Authorization.
  6. The NPR Number must be visible on the shipping label and any included freight bill when returning authorized product. Products returned without an NPR Number will be refused.
