"I bought this All In One on October 7 2012 at Best Buy. I bought the extended warranty which I could have accessed from the first day of use but waited as I thought it was minor. Two things... the cd/dvd player got stuck at times and most of the time didn't read my cds although the player door was shut. Also the computer screen would turn black for about a 1/2 second flash. This happened fromthe beginning but I didn't think it was a pressing issue. Then a cd got stuck in the player and the computer didn't read it so i couldn't eject it so I took it into Best Buy Geek Squad. They were able to get it out and I also mentioned that the screen would blackout for second and read up that it may be a graphic card issue. Turns out the cd/dvd player was replaced and and was told that sometimes the laser that is supposed to read the cd/dvd doesn't work and needs to be cleaned or something. It wasn't dirty in the first place as it was used only a few times, just a bad laser. Also the motherboard was replaced as the All In One doesn't have an actual graphic card...it's too big for the flat monitor so it has a graphic chip that is connnected to the motherboard and therefore unable to detach so the whole motherboard was replaced. When i went to pick it up on Saturday the only issue now is that the geeks at the geek squad totally scratched up my monitor plastic covering in front and the back top of the computer with about 5 razor scratches probably from opening it from the way it was packaged. Also the bottom of the monitor had a slight opening like it was warping and not snapped i properly. So the geek squad at the Best Buy store took full responsibility but it needs to be shipped again. So if you get a repair done make sure to take pictures of your computer with a cell phone just prior to dropping it off so you have a time stamp just in case they don't admit fault. Turns out since the guy who checked in my PC didn't originally notice the markings at pickup...it's not covered by the Geek Squad warranty so it will be billed to the Best Buy store. I will not be responsible but I could see this happening again and if it's noticed after the fact and without recent photos then one could be out of luck. Deanna"

"Love having everything all in my large monitor andlove my wireless mouse andkeyboard; except the space bar is too little. i hit it sometimes and miss it. I guess it is a matter of adjusting, but it is small."

"This is a great system, super fast, efficient, I love the display. One word of caution to buyers and is minor: Do NOT attempt to remove the stickers that come on the monitor in the lower right of the screen!! (the energy star, intel, etc) If you attempt to remove those stickers you will actually cause some physical damage to the finish of the shiny black bevel that encases the screen. The surface these stickers are placed on is VERY sensitive/soft shiny plastic. This happened to me and it was upsetting as it is a visual eye sore and an expensive machine. Other than this tidbit Love the system and I'm sure it will last many years."

"When my last desktop died, it was only 2 years old. Given that short life, I decided to avoid a couple of the major brands selling desktops and look for an alternative I could feel good about. I owned a Toshiba Satellite laptop for roughly 8 years and it was still in working order when it became obsolete. I ran the Windows ratings on several all in one models and this Toshiba scored very well. Large, very sharp display that presented better than other models sitting next to it. This machine has performed flawlessly thus far, in a home with multiple users and applications. At this early stage I am very pleased. It is my hope that the quality is still as good as the last Toshiba I owned. If this unit has the same longevity, I will change my price/value grade to 5 stars."

"I was going to buy another laptop but the big screen on this caught my eye and I decided I don't really need to drag a small computer around.Had a Toshiba laptop a few years back that I didn't like so I was skeptical. I love how simple this is, just plug it in, no mess of cords like the towers have. So far everything has been great on it. It's very fast! Still trying to figure out some differences between this an my Dell but so far, so good."
