"The computer is all that that is advertised and works just fine. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that it has a single 2Tb HD rather than the dual 1Tb HDs that are advertised. I have always used a second HD to back up my primary but I cannot do it with this computer. Imagine my surprise today when I downloaded the Windows 8 Upgrade Manager and it told me that my touchscreen only includes Windows 7 capability and falls ahort on Windows 8. It also told me that there was no Windows 8 driver for the USB 3.0 hardware and that other components were not compatible. I bought this computer (and a second one) specifically to be ready for Windows 8. I guess that I'm not ready. Although it is a fine computer, I would not purchase it again for the reasons cited above."
