"I'm on my way to France for a month. My Mac is too big, my IPhone too small, a new IPad not what I want. The Toshiba is absolutely PERFECT....has everything I will need, light enough to put in my bag, fast, card reader, USB ports, EVERYTHING. I've already talked two friends into buying netbooks."

"It does what I bought it for. My only real complaint is that the speakers are awful - something you may not be able to tell from a store model, although I bought mine on line after checking it out in a store. I've read complaints about small keys but I have small hands and do not use the function keys much."

"The netbook is almost perfect. It's light, the battery life is long, the screen isn't too little, and it has just enough power to get everything done for school and play. I have yet to see how it does with applications like Paint.NET, iTunes, or Microsoft Publisher. However, it can handle having 10 tabs or more open in Firefox or Chrome. The only downside is Toshiba's software (bloatware) such as Flashcards or Bulletin Board. Flashcards is especially a problem; it wouldn't work so I had to uninstall it. Now, a few of my FN keys don't work. Because of Toshiba's HDD Protection, Eco utility, and overall quality, all is forgiven. I just love this netbook and I always look forward to using it in my college classes."

"The mini notebook NB 305 serves the purpose being compact, mobility, better battery life, and etc. However, there are some lacking items, ie. sound for Skyping is poor, a little slow, lack of cheap disk drive, etc. All in all it is a good item for my usage. Thank you."

"I bought this netbook to take on two long vacations this year, so that I could have easy and adequate access to email and the Internet. But right after I got it, my laptop went out of service for almost a month, so I used this netbook every day at home and at work. Being a netbook, I didn't expect it to handle all of my work, but after doubling the memory, I was pleased with how much work I could actually do, and how quickly I could do it. It is not as fast as my laptop, but for a netbook, it is very adequate. It works great, can be a little slow on streaming video, but it has amazing battery life. You just have to remember it is a netbook, not a notebook, and therefore it is not super fast, and it doesn't have notebook capabilities. But overall, for a netbook, it is more than I expected, and I am happy with my purchase."

"Love this mini laptop. The only thing is I wish the resolution was higher. I originally bought to use as an alternate computer for an embroidery machine but the resolution isn't high enough. Other than that, I love the size and the capabilities."
