"This is my second qosmio. I was very happy with the first but it was getting slow. This one is solid state which is great as I travel and work while away. Doesn't hurt that consumer reports rates it high for least repairs. It was a choice between Mac and qosmio. Qosmio won"

"I like the back lit keyboard, the keys are easy to use and locate by touch. In my business I use the 10 key pad and find the that also easy to use by touch because they have the "5" marked. I have some issues that screens wont appear, I hear them but I have to click on the screen several times for the picture to appear, I do find that annoying."

"Forget Alienware, and the other High end Laptops, there is a NEW Quality GAMING Laptop on the block. This is a high quality build and not plastic like its main rivals. Packing 16GB RAM and a INTEL 3630K Quad Core Processors, with the added bonus Nvidia 870 GTX (3D Vision 3GB DRR5 GPU) Had it since Christmas Day and I tell you, I am as happy as a PIG in MUD. I have loaded more than 20 games on it and played them all at the MAX Graphics. OMG! Love this machine. (Exclusive to Harvey Norman in Australia) I think at under $3,000 (AU) It has been worth every single dollar, I got a Blu-ray drive that Writes on 11 different formats! :) SPORE plays in 3D now and has given me hours of new experiences. My FSX (Flight Simulator X) with all Visuals at MAX, and it is like playing a brand new game! And all the bad media hype about Windows 8, I don't know what all the fuss is about as only 1 - 5% time spent in METRO, up to 95% spent on the Windows 8 Desktop, which is very quick with load times and processes. My laptop loads from a closed lid to ready to work in less than 30 seconds. Qosmio X870 was my best purchase in 2012, and I would highly recommend it to all, that need a work horse! Cons. (Battery Life) < 1hr when watching a 3D movie. BUT as a desktop replacement it will be plugged in to the wall socket 95% of the time anyway. Pros. 3D, Quad Core i7 3630K Processor, Nvidia 3GB GPU and 16GB RAM (4 slots) expandable to 32GB, and not many of the competitors have more than 2 slots for RAM. Going out on a LIMB, recon that it is currently the BEST 17' Laptop on the market today also it is really light coming in at just 3.4KG, makes it great if you need to do lots of air travel. THANKS TOSHIBA for a Fantastic LAPTOP! :)"

"Yes best.but can be best like alienware M18x. Qosmio always my love.but it have a lilbit problem i have 3 diffrent model of qosmio. All of them(gpu) was burned. Thats only the problem"
