"keeping in view the price and the features,i found Satellite A665-3DV Laptop best in the market.it has many feature which are not available all in one laptop.only thing which bothers me is the weight of the laptop, it is havy for me."

"Well the laptop was great for a few weeks that i have had it so far. I had it and played a few games in 3D and tested the maxes with crisis. All was good except the occational studder sound by the sound card. anytime it was hit or jarred the computer would studder for a few seconds then go back to normal. I traveled so far 9000 miles around the world with it and got it here in Japan but when i tried to use it here on base it said it was turned off improporly and wanted to to a disk ckeck. once it iniciated the check it stauled and crashed. from that point on all i get is a dash blink. i had to send it back due to a possible bad HDD. I really like this laptop but its the second toshiba i have had problems with from the beggining. Never the less, i am still not turned off from toshiba. hopefully when i get the laptop back from the warantee service i will have a better review."

"Unit is fast, and long battery life. the features are superb and the unit itself is ultra-comfortable to use. Another nice feature is that the unit doesn't get hot like my Dell laptop. The unit boots up instantly and the display is superb to any I have used. I love this laptop."

"i recently got the toshiba a665-3dv over a week ago, and it is a fantastic peice of equipment. the specs are amazing as well as the performance. i played call of duty modern warfare 2 at full specsin 3d and it was brilliant. there is a little thing when it is installing updates it looks like it isn't going to turn on, just wait it out and leave it be for a half hour and it will be fine. beautiful computer, beautiful effect. love every bit of it."

"I was excited about getting this laptop with all the features. The 3D Gaming sounded great and I have been a fan of Nvidia for some time. I had the computer for less the two weeks when I started having problems like memory dumps. Then it would not boot up and I had to run the recovery disk twice in fourty eight hours. On the 3D side the info that came with it recommended updating the video driver. I did this and lost the Nvidia folder completely. I contacted the vendor and will be sending it back. In the meantime they they sent me a new one and I have had it for two days and so far I have had trouble getting the 3D to run. I have thirteen days left to decide if I am keeping it or not."

"Not that this will ever make this site, but.. Great notebook, excellent specs for the money EXCEPT the most important part: video card. The card itself is fine, but once your dive into you'll see some pretty lousy frame rates: all caused by the DDR3 memory this card and notebook is crippled with. With DDR5 (which this card does support) it would be an excellent value. As it is, it's a crippled un-recommendable nightmare. Avoid."

"It was frustrating waiting for Toshiba to integrate BluRay in laptops. But the A665 was well worth the wait. And the preconfigured package has everything you will ever want, including the right weight and screen size."

"In engineers attempt to make A665-3DV mouse pad like a Mac, mouse control is essentially non-functional especially with rough working man fingers. Have moved to external mouse. Suspect problem is mouse pad surface."
