"recently purchased this laptop, overall am happy with it but built in microphone is not working! Received good tech support and service, but Toshiba should concentrate on improving pre shipping quality as I now have inconvenience of having to take it in to have part replaced. If pre-quality checks were as good as post would make it perfect provider"
