"my only disapointment with this laptop is its harddisk.Startup is fast , you see login screen in seconds but from there it is very sluggish , because things being loaded from harddisk. Face recognition software comes with it is useless , i ended up using 3rd party. No bluetooth ?! Come ooon! Other than that it runs games great for a laptop.And performance is good excluding read write speed of the hdd."

"I bought this computer after hearing everyone rave about how great Toshiba laptops are. I even recommended them to my sister who bought one the day after I did. Now I regret listening to all those reviews and telling my sister to buy one. This laptop has been the worst computer I have ever owned. It's performance is so bad I rarely use it for anything other then to let my son watch dvd's on it. If it will work long enough without crashing or the video card shutting down. I can't use this hunk for anything other than a paperweight. I bought it to work from home but since it never works I spend more time in my office on my desktop since that actually works. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"If you want a 15 inch laptop, fairly heavy and not the fastest at startup, but with great lights. Toshiba is for you. There is quite a bit of nice Toshiba software that is preloaded, removing it all does not speed up the laptop at startup. The speed is ok, but for a i7 Intel CPU compared to a i5 [ another manufactue ] intel CPU, there is no comparison. Again, great graphics and colors, nice combination of memory and CPU speed, not too good of a start up time. Too long..."

"I think the laptop has some great features but frankly I have had so many software issues I am just so frustrated with the laptop. Compatibility issues with Internet Exployer tab problem makes my system crash. 3-4 system restores in 45 days. This is my 2nd toshiba laptop and I use to be a happy customer but no more. Some new issue almost every week."

"At first I had to get used to some keys e.g. "delete" which would give me a . rather than a delete. Overall, it has been what I had hoped for especially with the built-in camera and great speakers. My savvy computer friend is very impressed with it as well."

"I use this laptop for 3d application.It has fast rendering and modeling performance thanks to its components.This laptop is also qualitative and comfortable.If you are going to buy graphics and 3d performancing laptop not so much expensive this is good choice."

"So far, I really enjoy using this computer. I love the backlit keyboard. I think it's a great feature. The computer runs very fast; practically no lag. It's great! This is my first Toshiba computer, but I wonder what took me so long to purchase a Toshiba."
