Not the best laptop ever

"The touchpad is horrible. It just randomly freezes. Sometimes I have to shut down or go to standby to unfreeze it. Uninstalled the driver and it still does it, but not as often. Now sometimes the pointer just goes crazy."

"From the time it was new It did not load all programs sometimes and must be rebooted. Sometimes no software is loaded only the operating system."
