"This is my second toshiba laptop. I bought it to replace one that I had for 8 years and it just died. I really like the features it has and how easy it is to use. Also I like the programs it comes with."

"the screeen size gets to be a little too sensititve. It jumps up and down on size with slight touches and that gets rather annoying."

"no major issues.had to reboot softwear because of an issue.the help line was great.simple and straight foward.fine for my basic level.better paper instructions would of helped me.worth paying someone to take you through it."

"I had a desktop before this. The laptop has taken some adjustment for me. But it is over-all a good computer. I think I will get better used to it as I proceed. I don't know a lot about laptops and so I don't know if the battery life on this is comparable but it seems to run down quite rapidly at times. That is my only concern."

"It's not a desktop replacement,and it's not a gamer. But, for those times when you must be away from your desktop, and need to check email, Tweet or do a bit of research, it's a great buy and a great value. Find that Starbucks wi fi hotspot, open it up, and it will serve you well."

"To start with the sound quality is very poor, no matter what type of setting you try. The processor does seem slow, I would not buy another. Had a Dell, should have stuck with them."
