"I purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. First one was dead out of the box. I returned it for another which was working fine until yesterday. Dead unit once again. I am in the service industry and am seeing a large amount of customer returns for this model and others using the I3 Intel processor. I am returning the laptop and will purchase a different brand."

"A little leary it took four machines out of the box to find one that either did not have an issue or that would even come on. Then afterwards I noticed this had a burnt/missing pixel - but at least it was not dead center as was the first machine I returned, so I kept it.. I am however skeptical of the long term reliability of this laptop."
