"This is my 3rd laptop in over 10 years. This has a full sized keyboard by it is smaller than the laptops I've had in the past. I haven't put Windows 7 through all of it's paces but so far so good. What I like most is I can log in using a password or face recognition. For the money, this is as good as more expensive computers."

"When talking to fellow business owners I was told Toshiba laptops are very good. After researching I found that advice to be true. I use it for my business and it's been great so far. I configure routers regularly and needed a new laptop and this product has not disappointed."

"This was my first laptop. Past computers were all desktops so I thught this was the new way to go. It was super easy to set up and follow most of the directions. But it died multiple times. It would not let me restart or start. The pc wanted to run diagnostics, which was great but it wouldn't let me click on that box to run diagnostics. Once I finally was able to start it again it would crash. Constantly, But it would at least run diagnostics and told me the problem but no solution was available. It was frustrating all the way around. I loved the features and thought all those things would be great, but once I was able to start and stay running I kept it there until I could find another laptop so I could return that one. (I have to say I went back to my old brand-Dell. I really wanted this to work.) Also, the battery would get very hot, but the pc would only stay charged for less than an hour. I will say I enjoyed the MS maj jong!"
