"pros>PRICE, durable, fast, full keyboard, light, good graphics, good ram n cache cons> ONLY TWO USB ports n none on the right side means connecting a mouse is a hassle, inbuilt speakers arent loud enough, NO HDMI port would certainly recommend it for people looking for a bargain on a laptop for casual use. not suitable for gamers or graphic designers but perfect for surfing, socializing, watching videos etc."

"Having had XP I am very frustrated with Windows 7 and can't afford classes, and can't learn from the tutorial - I need to be walked through the learning. I go into Accessories to do disk clean-up and it opens Media Player. The steps aren't all there to see how many disks are needed to create recovery disks. Internet Explorer is occasionally shutting down on me. Installed a new version of Print Shop but computer not recognizing my old Print Shop documents. A waste of good money on my part."

"This laptop is extremely slow. Loading files is painful. I also use an Apple iPad and it is at least twice as fast. I'm very disappointed, this will be the last PC I will ever buy."

"Pro's: Minimal bloatware, fast i3 processor, good amount of memory, large screen, and full keyboard with 10 key. Con's: Only 2 USB ports none of witch are on the right hand side of the laptop making it hard to attach a portable mouse with a short cord."

"I needed a laptop for my new job in field sales and chose this one hastily, based largely on price (low) and have no regrets. If I had a lot more money to spend I would like one a little lighter but the increase in price probably wouldn't be worth it - this one isn't that heavy. I am a happy customer."

"What these exact models are going for now, are a steal. I almost got on for just a little less with a faaaar worse processor and graphics. This isn't too high end, but it will get the job done, and if you can't go for that Qosimo yet, this should hold ya over. I like it. I haven't had any problems. Neither did I with my last toshiba laptop."

"I am very satisfied with this laptop with one exception. THe sound is very disappointing. In order to hear well enough I have to use external speakers. Most laptops are not this bad in the sound department. I hope that this is rectified in newer models."

"I've had problems from the first week. I've owned it less than one month. The fan runs constantly, blue screen errors, black screen, slower than slow page loading, would not shut down, very slow start up, over one minute to turn off, MS IE not responding, Fire Fox not responding, MS word not responding, crashes... Most frustrating experience with a computer I've ever had."

"This is a replacement for one the died recently and I have been pleased with what it has and what it can do. I wish it had more USB connections than just 2. The options that you can perform to make it more personal is wonderful. The full keyboard, sound, graphics and performance has been a surprise, compared to the ACER I had previous. Great Laptop for the price!!!"

"My previous computer was a Dell Inspirion. It was about 5 years old. It was OK for accessing the Internet and using Microsoft Office. However, it did not have the power to do more advanced activities such as being on a home network, accessing content through a router to the TV, and watching streaming videos. I guess the more you learn the more you do with a computer. This one has plenty of power for me. I don't do video games, so for someone wanting a computer for mainly video functions, this may not be your choice. However, it is well made. Our locally owned computer repair business recommended Toshiba because it is more durable than other well known brands. There are plenty of cooling ports so I'm not concerned about it overheating like my old Dell; it also has rounded edges so air can circulate better.. The textured finish is easy to keep clean. I would like to have one or two more USB ports but that is a minor complaint."
