"This laptop came with way more bloatware than my last laptop. I don't like a lot of extra programs when I buy a laptop, but this one was a gift, so I had no say in the matter. It has ample speed and hardware for my use. It is a good looking piece of equipment too. The case is sleek, and the unit is light. Also, the fan is extremely quiet. I do not like that the touch-pad is barely discernible from the case. It's all BLACK, and difficult to detect, even when feeling around for the crack. It doesn't dip in. It doesn't have any kind of rim. This is not what killed the perfect rating for me (however). This would be a 5-star computer if it weren't for the sound. The speaker built into my cell phone is louder than the two speakers in this computer. It's so quiet, that if the fan was an average one with average sound, I wouldn't be able to hear anything coming out of the speakers. It's disappointing that I had to get attachable speakers, but the laptop was free. If I had paid for this computer myself, I'd have taken it back to the store immediately for one with better sound."

"I don't like I cannot clip on an internet heading in the lower portion of the screen....I think there is a problem with the computer in that area....I have move the title to the file I want to open toward the top before it will open....otherwise just get a click, click...nothing happens."

"I got this laptop as a gift and I am very happy I got this one. The overall performance and features are very impressive for the price. I am still getting use to Windows 7 and all the features. (it's much better than Vista) It is very good at surfing the web and I would definitely recommend this laptop."

"Happy with the product but let's make it better. Start with including a wireless mouse with all your laptops- you would be the 1st to do so-a great advertising coup. At the very least recess your adapter ports so you don't have your mouse adapter sticking out the side of the laptop contacting everything."
