"Bought my Toshiba and previously owned a HP. This isn't a good computer. Skips around on the screen, extremely slow, has programs running that I can't turn off and have had extremely good help to solve this problem. I really flat out hate it."

"I purchased this laptop in a pinch and because it was cheap. Of course now I wish I'd spent a little more. Not alot of RAM so it seems to take forever to do anything. Keys on keyboard are flimsy and everything just feels cheap. But that's what I paid for so that's what I got."

"This computer processes extremely slow. There is a delay after every single thing you click on, even simple task like adjusting the volume. It runs slower than my ancient desktop. Very disappointed in Toshiba on this one."

"This laptop has been a nightmare. We are in the process of sending it in for repairs after only owning it for 1 month. The screen is black and says, "No bootable device. Insert boot disk and press any key." Everyone I talk to said it sounds like the mother board is shot."
