"When i got the laptop everything works good and all the features work well like the built in webcam and the multi-touch keypad but after having it for like 3 months my charger malfunction so i now have to get it replace with my warranty"

"I really like the computer overall. It seems to have really good battery performance and speed. It has worked well and feel it is a really good value for the price. 1 thing I do not like is the extra software on the computer. It is loaded with junk like Toshiba bulletin board that maybe someone finds useful but I see it as more junk mail and or spam for advertising."

"This thing feels pretty tough and it's real easy to use. I have a few minor complaints so far. I Really hate the location of the USB ports. Due to the screen hidge I can see why they're on the side but PLEASE move them toward the rear of the machine. I use a USB mobile broad band card and every time I take my left hand from the key board and reach for something I hit the air card. If I lay the air card flat then it's in my cup holder. Did I mention my office is a Ford F-250? That and who hid the delete button on the keyboard? Other than those two items this thing rocks. Kinda worried about the AMD processor holding up but so far it's as good as my tough book and about half the weight."

"I have always owned HP computers. When it came time for an upgrade, my husband suggested looking at a Toshiba instead. I got this Toshiba laptop for a great price and have loved it. Great video quality on Netflix (which I watch often), lightweight and good battery life. Toshiba won me over!"

"The laptop has an amazing amount of memory. It is user friendly and having WiFi I can take it and use it anywhere. The monitor screen is very large and easy on the eyes. I enjoy playing games and it is compatable with every program I have loaded. It has proven to be even more useful than my Desk top computer because of its versatility and portability."

"This was my first laptop purchase. It was priced about the same as several other brands (HP, Dell, Asus) but I chose this one because I'd heard good things about Toshiba products, two of my friends have Toshiba laptops and are very happy with them, and for the specs included (screen size, battery life, memory, etc.) it was a better deal than the others."

"I had to return it, because the touch pad was to even with the computer, which caused me to go off the touch pad and mess up my game. Also it was slower than my net book, which I'm thinking might be the windows 7 in it. The initial settings are not right."

"It works very well. The laptop is fast and has a long battery life. However, the web cam isn't the greatest quality. It's a bit lagy and doesn't take pictures well, but other than that it is a pretty good laptop."

"I was looking for an inexpensive laptop but didn't want to get stuck with junk. I'd never used a Toshiba so I had nothing to compare it to. After looking at several laptops with comparable features & capabilities I zeroed in on this one. Reading reviews I saw good comments AND bad so I "took a deep breath" & bought it. I have been relieved & extremely satisified so far & would recommend this laptop to anyone. The only thing I'd ask for is more than 2 USB ports but, for the money, it is a very good laptop."

"First personal laptop I've bought. Have used Toshiba Satellites and Portege lines before for work as well as Lenovos Had some buyers remorse, wondered if a tablet would've been better buy, but kids will need it for school. This laptop is pretty good, but when you factor in the price, can't be beat. Battery life is excellent!! Connects with relative ease to WiFi. Only real problem is the mouse pad is VERY quirky. Will jump around all over the page or maximize or minimize the page size when trying to use it. I just use a cordless mouse. Other than that this is a good laptop for the value."

"I needed a machine for graduate school capable of running Microsoft Access and other software required for the program. I bought this machine because I got an incredibly good price for it compared with similar speed processors. The screen is great compared to other screens on more expensive machines. My main complaint is the keyboard, it feels like it belongs to a toy made for my friends daughter. The other complaint I have are the speakers- if you watch DVDs on your laptop your going to need headphones to hear anything (it looks like there are 2 speakers on top-but they are not speakers-just air vents)."
