"This is my first laptop that I have personally owned, I have used company laptops for business trips. This Toshiba was extremely user friendly right out of the box. Not being a computer expert but being able to get around fairly good on a computer, I had little problem getting up and running. I have run into very few problems that I was not able to work through with the instructions from Toshiba."
