"I am a casual computer user who owns a computer desk with sliding "keyboard" shelf. When I'm not using the computer I can fold it up and store it out of sight of company, thieves, or anyone else. My wife is happy there's no monitor on the desk and extra storage where the tower used to reside."

"I use this machine mainly for the internet and word processing. The internet is slow, and the touchpad is "sticky"..... it selects when I don't intend to select and it jumps all over."

"The large screen has excellent clarity & the keys on the keyboard are large enough so that you aren't hitting multiple keys at the same time. It has more memory than I will ever use. With the exception that it is slow loading my browser & email it works great & a fantastic value for the price."

"I gave a score of 9, only because the cd player maked a clickety clackety sound when I tried to load the Titanium Antivirus + (and it didn't download) however, I can play music cd and it doesn't make that clickety clackety sound."

"This Laptop has everything for a desktop buddy.
Big screen; Complete keyboard; Very good graphics support for gaming (lol i don't like to game in lap though)
Problem is.. well.. 1.3GHz is just too primitive for an application software kinda guy :/
Otherwise.. this one is glamorous; sleek and worth the money."

"I purchased this unit for my wife after her surgery, With it she has been able to work from home and not use up her sick leave. She loves the screen and especially the numeric keypad as she has calculations to perform. She loves it's speed and ease of use."

"I have been working with my computer for about 4 weeks. It is the slowest and I have more junk mail. When I go to put it in the block sender it shuts down with me. I have called my wi fi wirless provider. They do not know what is going on either. I never had trouble with my desk top as I have had with this lap top. Thank you for your reply."

"The speakers are terrible. Battery life is short. I keep getting a performance notice saying that it's using a lot of space on the hard drive. I haven't added any other programs to the computer, just a few documents."

"This is the first laptop I have bought and I really enjoy using it. It is very user friendly. I use mine primarly as a back up to my desktop for my school work so I am not chained to a chair. I was having my car serviced recently and was able to do my homework while I waited"

"I went from a desktop with keyboard, speakers, large monitor and tower to my Toshiba Satellite laptop. We live in a 5th wheel trailer and the space savings is appreciated. The screen is crystal clear with good graphics.
Speed is not as fast as I would like and the sound from the built-in speakers is bad. There are only 2 USB ports, so I had to buy a Rocketfish to allow me to plug in my printer, my camera and my mouse.
Otherwise, I enjoy the convenience of a laptop I can take with me on the road."

"This laptop contains every feature that is present on a full keyboard, including the number keypad. The 17" screen is outstanding and easy on the eyes. I use SD cards for my cameras, so the card reader is incredibly convenient and eliminates the need for me to transfer photos via cable. The integrated camera is very convenient, though it isn't high definition. My only issue with the laptop is that all of the connections (USB, internet, SD slot, headphone, microphone and power) are all on the left side, though I suppose because of the slim design this was necessary. However, overall, I have to give this model very high marks."

"We like the new lap top and now we are on it daily. Thank you.The only one thing I would change and that is the size of the space bar..and my space bar isn't the easiest bar to push...there are MANY times I have to push twice to get it to make a space between words. But over all we like the lap top!"

"I find it slow and hard to watch TV shows that I was able to watch on a cheaper laptop. I can't get adobe flashplayer to run to complete an update. Every time I want to use the wireless feature, I have to connect. It locks up and only plays the audio. This laptop is a disappointment."

"If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen one with a faster processor.... Although I only use it for business (no gaming or media) it is still sluggish.
On the other hand the Monitor is excellent, the weight is great and the layout is awesome."

"Overall it’s not a bad computer; my only complaint so far is that the audio and volume are so poor that you can hardly hear it at full volume. For example, my iPhone at full volume is MUCH louder and has a richer sound when compared to this computer. That’s crazy to even think because the iPhone speaker (1 speaker no 2) is smaller than a pencil eraser. I guess my point is that the computer performs ok for the price but if you have any intent on using this for anything audio related like music, movies or YouTube you will not be happy unless you use headphones or external speakers."
