"I hate the keyboard. It's offset just enough that going from another lpatop keyboard at my work to this one is clumsy at best. The keyboard is the only thing that botehrs us both at this time. Otherwise it's a fine unit"

"Was so upset to learn it only came with Microsoft Office Starter. My previous Satelite had a better package. Also, the speakers are horrible. I was so excited and now I feel disappointed!"

"this is my first lap top and the prouduct is top notch.it walks you through the set up.i,m not very good at computers and this is very easy to use.as far as price goes you get a lot of feartures for your money."
