"I don't know if it is the computer or windows 8 but we have had to run a recovery on this computer at least 5 times since we purchased. Several times, the printer would not work, many times the internet would not connect even though our router is fully functional. All events took running the recovery program to resolve. What is up with this?"

"The laptop was delivered when expected and worked right out of the box. Being new to laptops , I was happy with the user guide that is on the laptop. I found it helpful in making the transition to the nuances of laptops. I made a boo boo and locked myself out of it and customer support got me up and running again."
