"this machine has terrible sound with practically no volume. this machine is slow and jumpy running certain programs. i had a hard drive failure within 3 days of use so now i have no confidence in this machine. the operational learning curve has been difficult because things like making pages "full screen" have new commands tha i am not used to and do not even work at all on chrome. i could go on forever. i am not happy at all with this tohiba poduct and it is my first and last toshiba."

"This is a great laptop everything I need of a to go computer. If there is anything to complain about is it shuts it's self off and not in a sleep mode. other then that It's GREAT"

"Bought this to take to a writing conference. Worked like a charm! Needed to recharge (too afraid of shut down) after 4 hours but really - I was typing/surfing/apping the entire time! Excellent laptop! Have a larger Toshiba Satellite that is 8 years old and still going strong!"
