"I chose Toshiba b/c of word of mouth praise however,W7 program not easy to use. I dislike having to sign in so often especially if I leave my computer for 15 minutes. Constant password sign in is annoying. I can't figure out why I can't connect our printer to laptop in our home, when I never had this problem with my HP. I miss having a list of favorites drop down access."

"I loved my 1st Satellite, lost it in an accident. I replaced the old with this upgraded model, it's great! Faster and more memory and the sound much better. Really made a good decision to replace the ruined one with another Toshiba! Keep up the good work."

"I am one of many that have been doing business work on a desktop. When recent events located me out of the office I needed to switch to a laptop. With all the number crunching I had to have the numeric keypad and this laptop has it. It's also pretty fast in both loading and running. Overall everything is operating ok but there are some issues. Since I have a slight tremor I needed to use mouse and like all mice mine uses a USB port. Guess where the right hand on is located? Even though my mouse transmitter is small I find it still banging against my right hand when I move the mouse too close. Second issue is the cap locks key. As far as I know it's a pretty useless key anyway and having it where it is was creating an issue. Luckily I could get into the registry and disable it. Why can't the USB ports be located further toward the rear of the laptop."

"Computer is fine. Only problem I can see so far is that if you don't remove your left hand completely from the mouse pad, it does all kids of crazy things. Can't figure it out."
