"I received this laptop from school as a tech package. When I used it for the first time it stop working during my first class.It lost its program after 2 weeks."

"The two main complaints are Windows 8 which I had to use a program with which to change the desktop to Windows 7 and the second gripe is that on occasions the operating system will hang for a few seconds then work normally. Other than those two gripes the system works."
