"Recovery Process Fail - error in recovery process, the digital signature file couldn't be verify , error code x0000428, No media media disks, no product key to use another media to reinstall W8, no sing of what version of windows we have, NO Sence why change security boot (enable or disable) UEFI cause more problems that traditionals BIOS setting....... Why change?"

"I have received this computer eleven days ago on Christmas and already have had a key pop off. I am an adult that has gently used the laptop,and to have a key pop off just mind boggles me. The performance on my lower end two year old Toshiba Satellite laptop out performs the Satellite C855D-S5357 when all of the internal features are less. The battery life is pretty good and far superior than my other laptop. If I could return this laptop I would do it in a heart beat, With all of the negative reviews I read I feel like an idiot for asking for this over the laptop I originally wanted. I guess I picked it because I expected greatness due to my last couple Toshiba laptops. This is my third Toshiba laptop and my family and I stand behind Toshiba but we are not satisfied about this one. We will most likely go explore it's competitors products."
