"Windows 8 installed on this model because the free version installed Norton Vafys very bad. The graphics card is not suitable for gaming. Windows 8 is also compatible with most software. Due to the lack of a serial number to install the new Windows 8 really got in trouble."

"Pros: good price for this screen size Cons: Feels cheap, keyboard wavy but works USB 3 port not identified. All port markings are on bottom of computer and not color coded. Full of crapware from Toshiba and others. Win 8 Metro GUI is lousy. I am using a Win 7 interface. In short, good price and performance for the price, but cheap all over."

"First start up came up (Media-failed) this was only the start. I was told to make back up disc right away! I did and it took 3 DVDs when I went to use my laptop n it wouldn't even load up, I tried to boot up from recovery disc I made and when that didn't work either I boxed it up and am taking it back tomorrow!"
