"I like this Toshiba Ultrabook because it is light and easy to travel with, has a DVD/CD drive, large keyboard, large LCD screen, starts up quickly, seems to be faster than my previous Toshiba Satellite. The battery life is pretty good, too."

"This is my second Toshiba. My first was better than excellent. I like the keyboard better on my old Satellite A205-S4597 which has a super-smooth feel. I liked the audio better too since it had a audio adjuster on the front edge of the computer which allowed easy adjusting. I also liked the fact that I could take it for repairs to my local Toshiba repair shop and learned that my new Satellite has to be mailed in to a central location. Truly bad news. I absolutely hate the fact that I am being harassed by the Norton products with ads even after I have uninstalled them. I also hate the AMD ads and other ads which pop up from the bottom of the screen. How do I stop this feature? I truly hate that the IE windows are stacked at the bottom of the screen instead of placed one after the other at the bottom as in earlier versions. I may have more to say after I have used it more. That is all I can think of at the moment. Thanks for asking my opinion. I hope it changes the way you make computers. I miss my old computer."

"very good pc for the average user. may not be fast enough or have enough memory for a big user or running videos etc. for email , internet and a few extra programs like photo and quicken it runs great. like the starter microsoft office but wish pc came with programs like they use to. be must better if they came from factory installed versus pc owner having to install them. like the lg screen size, never had a 17 in before"

"Purchased one of these laptops for several different people and have used it myself for over a month. I am a proficient user and have been pleased with the features and performance thus far. Satisfied with the processor, memory is sufficient and the hard drive space should meet most users' needs. The size and quality of the screen is excellent and the keyboard is pretty user friendly. It has a lot of features compared to others in this price range. Overall, good product for the price paid."

"I've been using the laptop for a little over a month and the performance is great and it plays the games I want it to and I'm able to remote into work just fine. I do seem to be having problems with the keyboard double typing some letters. I've never had problems with any other keyboards besides this one. It might just be the way the keyboard is made causing the problem. I would rate this laptop as good but not great."

"I've been using this laptop primarily for school work and light gaming. Have not had any problems. Graphics are great, performance is good for an entry level computer. The only complaints I have are the chicklet style keyboard and the screen glare."
