"colors are not bright and crisp but washed out like a water-color. Can barely make out detail. Very disappointing compared to my Dell computers. Sound isn't great. No instructions included on how to rectify the problems. Assumes a level of superiority which I do not possess. All-in-all, it does perform well, but the graphics are just not up to par with Dell."

"Computer is great and has all the necessary features. Memory and speed are ideal for running word processing and spreadsheet applications, reading e-mail, and using the internet. I would reconsider the screen size and would go with a 14" to 16" screen in the future. One drawback is the mouse pad- it should have edges for easier scrolling."

"I was a little disappointed that the battery life was SO short- 3hrs; therefore when at home I will use the power cord but then that leaves me limited to one area- my other desktop can do that. And when I checked the price of another Toshiba battery, the price was a high. I have not had it long enough to really test the portability."
