"replaced an aging dell console. this is super fast. easy to set up to wf-fi. i have purchased two other toshiba laptops over the years which i use at a different location. stick with a winner!"

"This laptop has many features I like. But it has two very frustrating features. The cursor "freezes" at times and won't move. Also, the screen shrinks on it's own and I have to go into tools and zoom it back out. It's very frustrating when you are working on something to either have the cursor freeze and you have to unfreeze it, or to have your work shrink and have to go into tools and get it back to normal size."

"It is so easy to use,good user manual easy to understand.The only problem that I really had was the toshiba dvd player,it kept hanging when I would put it on pause,always had to restart the dvd but no big deal I did get that fixed."

"It took me about 8 months of research to find that right laptop to replace a 9 year old Dell that I was running into the ground. My budget was limited due to being out of work for 2 years. As soon as I was back on my feet, I looked at all the brands, checked out all the reviews, and the first brand I was interested in last Summer, Toshiba, still was on top of my list. I sure hope this laptop lasts for years, so much disk space, so much memory, so much power with a new-generation of the Core i3 chip. I love the full size keyboard, and the energy saving features. No longer do I have to deal with freezing and crashing when I log onto facebook or any other website. The sound is decent. If there is any flaw to this, its the graininess of the webcam images."

"I bought the Toshiba because of the reliability rating on Consumers Reports and other friends have had good luck. I like the overall machine but I dislike the high gloss reflective screen and yes I have removed the protective shield. Too much reflection"
