"Overall, I am very happy with my new Toshiba. There are three issues that I have: 1. Power plug being on the right side vs. being at the rear. 2. Only 2 USB ports and they both are at the front of the system which interferes with the use of Mouse (yes, I still use a mouse...I find it faster and easier to use) 3. The keys on the keyboard -- need to be concave, the flat surface is hard to get used to and you never feel your fingers are in position. Otherwise, great hardware!"

"I love my Toshiba. It has so many features my old computer didn't have. However, it did not come with a single written word about how to use it or what it can do. Going on line to find information proved frustrating. I'm a 68 year old grandma, and I "ain't" up to speed on the latest technology."
