"Over all performance is good to excellent, the price for the options is very good and the 4 core processor is FAST. The drawbacks which I read about were true and are: Only Fair battery life mostly due to the cooling fan wanting to run all the time even at first start up, there is NO WAY its too hot at that point. BIOS? The cooling fan should have a removable cover to clean out the dust without taking the entire back off the laptop. TAKE THE HINT TOSHIBA Poor sound quality and loudness, if you are wanting anyone else to hear what you are playing you will need to add external speakers. Fortunately not what I bought if for. The power jack fits loose, be careful not to break it. The screen must face you to see it, thats good when you are on a plane. I bought it for the USB/ESATA with device charger and HDMI output. A MUST HAVE for traveling trainers."
