"I'm a repeat Toshiba customer having purchased a 15" laptop 5 years ago which worked great for me. I wanted a smaller laptop to take on trips so purchased the 13.3 model. Gave my older laptop to my daughter whose newer Acer laptop's USB ports had stopped working. Everything on the older Toshiba still works. Would like for the battery life to be a bit longer on the new laptop."

"Although we have two Toshiba laptops in our home but the experience with the third one was not good at all.I had to return it as it died within 20 days."
