"I have bought breath mints that worked longer than this laptop! I followed the directions and well above average in technical competence. I would never trust any of my business documents,not to mention family photos, to such a poor product. This was my first and last Toshiba product and it "worked" less time than it took me to drive to purchase it."

"Well where do I being? I guess I'll start by saying I love the computer it boots up quickly and runs really smoothly, but I have grown to hate my KEYBOARD!!! I have to press the space button really hard to make sure all my words aren't a complete jumble, and this isdifficult to do when you have to write long essays and type quickly. Also, I've noticed the keys don't light upat all. Every laptop I have had in the past had keys that lit up. So is it just my computer or are the keys NOT suppose to light up? I'm kinda confused right now, and I am starting to think I may have bought a lemon!!!"

"This is my second toshiba laptop and I love it. This was a gift for my daughter and the price you could not beat with the features. I have another laptop from toshiba that has done so well I will never by anything else. No problems so far with either and dont expect any either. I thin the quality is better then Dell. I have several dells that I would trade in a heart beat for Toshiba."
