"I purchased this laptop recently and within 2 weeks I had to send it back to Toshiba. My laptop screen never turned back on after a windows update. I called Toshiba directly and no solution to the problem was found. So I had to ship back to Toshiba....I hope this isn't a lemon...Toshiba is very reputable, and this is my first experience with Toshiba. Not the best start, but hopefully they will fix the problem. As of today, I'm still waiting to get my laptop back, so my complete evaluation of this laptop is inconclusive."

"What more can I say - I love it so far. Good camera and great speakers. Like the option of buying an extended battery pack to increase the functional time you can use it w/o having to recharge it. Excellent product. Easy to see why Toshiba is now leading the field in electronic products."
