"It was the best price for the features I wanted for a laptop including processing speed, memory and software. Delivery was quick too. Only minus was both the keyboard rest and cover scratch easily. :-("

"Bought this lap top based on my Sister having one also and she loves it. I got a dog of a computer that doesn't like to connect to wifi, is painfully slow, fully charged battery is about a 2 hour life span, lid is hard to lift up."

"This is 4th Toshiba laptop I have had and is the best yet. It is light, it is responsive and has has great battery life! I don't feel I need to be tied to an electric plug!"

"Several annoyances. The hinge on the lid is so tight that it cannot be opened with one hand without lifting up the bottom half from the table, only for it to then slam down once the lid passes a certain point. Another is that connector for the slave monitor has no screw holes, so the connector tends to fall out. I reconnect it no less than 10 times a day and I fear that it will wear out the connector itself. Performance is slower than I thought it would be. Takes far longer to load a program than it should and all that I am running is Word, explorer, out look. This is my third Toshiba over the years and the only one I dont care for."
