"I was fooled by your discription of features of this laptop. I'm getting older and can't see this black keyboard. I mis read your advertisement and thought it had a back lit keyboard like my friends toshiba laptop. I moved out of state leaving the box behind so I couldn't return it. Now I'm stuck with it otherwise I like the computer. I called to see if I could get a backlit keyboard but your company said it wasn't available on this model. Now I have to buy another one and give this one away."

"Since the keyboard has a number pad to the far right the letter keys have been adjusted to the left. This often causes me to line my fingers up on the wrong keys before typing. The second disappointment is the sound quality. This unit seems to have inferior speakers and does not produce good music sound. Not a huge problem as I can attach external speakers or use headphones All other aspects of this computer have reached or exceeded my expectations."

"The Toshiba Satellite L755-S5170 has great product features for the price.It has Ram, Harddrive, Wifi, USB ports and a HDMI port with a DVD/CDRW reader writer player and the speed is alsome. Just the right screen size and display. I shopped the competitors and I could not find any where near the same value for the features. Toshiba Laptops is a brand name that I know I can trust."

"Great system. However the only complaint is the battery last on 2.5 hours at best. Horrible. Other than that the lap top is GREAT!!"
