"So far this machine has lived up to what I expected it to be. I like the fact that it is quiet. Only two minor points. It does not sleep all the time when the lid is closed and I wish it had some more contrast."

"this PC is having trouble with the internet. the internet goes down often and I don't know what to do-maybe the internet connection just fails but I don't know if it is the machine or internet. the PC works well otherwise."

"I had a simple criteria: My next computer would need to perform as well as an average desktop. The Satellite laptop has performed as needed. It can easily handle multiple tasks; open browser windows and programs -installation and use. HDMI port to TV screen, two USB 2.0 and (one) 3.0 handle all my needs. The standard battery life is adequate - about 3 hours including a USB-powered exterior fan. I couldn't comment on how this model would perform for a graphics-intensive user, but for business and "standard" home use, it will suit me well."

"I always purchased HP computers and I like this for the value for the $ spent. I am still getting used to the differences between HP and my new T. Keys are slippery, a few placement differences and not contoured like other lap tops and desk tops I have used. A bit of noise from the hard drive and I feel vibration a too. A bit of a concern at the moment. Like the speed, screen size, built in mic and video camera."

"My only real complaints are with the cursor and touch pad. I have the jumping cursor which is totally aggravating, and seems to be no answer for. The touch pad is so extremely sensitive that I had to turn it down the whole way to keep text and blocks from continually lighting up. I have no idea why it does this but a real detriment. Lastly, dont understand this either but if I delete an email, it is likely one or two more nearby will delete also when I hit 'delete'. These things really hamper having an enjoyable experience with it, and I find myself not using it as much as I would like."
