"I was a little disappointed that Microsoft Word or Microsoft Offic did not come with my computer. I am a student and I need to use Word for all my papers. Other word processors do not have all the options that I need. I do love the battery life. My old lap top's battery died from old age and it was frustrating to use, there's not always an outlet nearby. I don't like that my lap top has a webcam. I don't need this, I'd rather trade that in for Mircosoft Word."

"For the most part, I like my lap top. However, having said that, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the speakers. I Have to have the volume turned up to 100% for most things. If it were not such a hassle, I would have returned it."
