"Though I bought this item as a gift for a friend I used for a while and was impressed in the use ots features and the power that it has. It is a very beautoful laptop. The only thing that I would change on the Toshiba laptops is the keyboard. I do not like the flat keys. I prefer the keys like on a keyboard or typewriter."

"I had one Toshiba laptop that was the computer love of my life but this one fails, not in power or in the screen but in the off center way the keyborad is (my bad for not considering prior to purchase). It's painful on the wrists to find a way to work the keys unless you are using this for accounting purposes, I would not recommend it. Great price for the power but sure not comfortable. It's clunky in every way."

"I loved my Dell, but after only two years of being used as a desktop replacement, the case fell to pieces. My previous Dell had an issue (while still under warranty) with a fan. I figured I'd give Toshiba a try. So far it's six of one, half-a-dozen of the the other. Time will tell how well the machine has been put together."
