"This has been the best Christmas present ever. I would highly recommend this model to anyone who is replacing a desktop computer. the keyboard is easy to use and the fact it has a 10 key is awsome. Portablility will be a bit more difficult due to the size, but as I am not one who has to travel with my computer that will not be an issue for me at all. Again great value for the price."

"I do not know if it is the laptop or windows 7 but my old windows XP computer with 1.7 cpu and 1 gig of ram runs rings around this Toshiba. My whole family prefers our old computers. My twin grandsons were both looking for new laptops for college. I told them to save their money and get another year out of their old laptops. Also many of our friends have decided to wait on new computers. Like me, many friends are finding their way to Linux. My 2 Linux computers get more use than this new Toshiba."

"This computer is the third Toshiba laptop I have and I fully expect that when I need to replace this computer, I will buy another Toshiba. We recently also bought my wife her second Toshiba laptop. There is nothing wrong with our older laptops, and we still have them it's just that they were older technology and we wanted something a little newer and faster. Also, my oldest son has a Toshiba laptop, as does my daughter and both are very pleased with what they have. I really could not see myself buying another brand of computer now or in the future. All I can ask is that Toshiba keep up the good work."

"Operates well but I am extremely disappointed with the mouse pad. I have used HP and MAC pc's with mouse pads that shames this one. Toshiba made a bad choice in the mouse pad vendor."

"the laptop worksd great...battery could last longer but in eco mode its good. screen is great. the only thing i wish it has is backlit keyboard keys. with the black keys it is hard to see the keys without an additional light for the keypad."
