"This laptop is not good other than checking your email and surfing the web. I tried to play a little bit of games and it trashed after a week. Now it's slow and freezes alot and many times it won't load or says there's a problem in the middle of a video. I'm writing this review with this laptop because it's my only laptop and it's freezing alot. Also you might want to buy a mouse because the touchpad is not a joy. So if you want to do more than surf the web and check your email, I suggest you invest in a better computer from Dell or Acer or Asus which some of their laptops are better for higher performance things like editing photos or video and playing games."

"I bought this unit as a graduation present for my niece. It immediately had performance issues and would not boot after going into sleep/hibernate mode without removing the battery and doing a cold boot. I had to return/warranty the unit. W'ell see how the replacement goes."

"Love the Plastic Fantastic shell, keeps cooler..? nothing has broken yet. (3WEEKS) Performance wise, it has good software..ss, to protect, fix, if you want. otherwise, you can install your owne FIX IT UTENSIL."
