"This laptop does everything expected. Fast processor, adequate memory, plenty of storage. This replaces a laptop that was three years old when the hard drive went bad. I did have it repaired and now it is a good second computer. There were some software issues with this new laptop initially, I expect, given the fact that this was a store display model. These issues seem to have been resolved through recovery and updates from Microsoft. I don't think the hardware had anything to do with the problem. We'll see how long this hard drive lasts.....hopefully long enough for me to afford a solid state drive product."

"This is the third Toshiba in the family and all of them are working great.....my wife and I each have one to take on trips now that we are retire (she wouldn't share anymore) so I had to buy my own. Never had a glitch with hers so we bought another Toshiba....our daughters have Toshibas also and love them."

"Nice style and design. So far had trouble with keyboard timing and emails unbolding after being read. So took it to a repair shop. Hope all works out--overall--for its longevity and hopeful supreme use. I will pick it up from the repair shop this afternoon..."

"3rd toshiba laptop purchased in 7 years. 2nd one failed due to bad fan, third failed after two weeks. I sent it back to store."
