"the featuresand everything is great. good quality and very fast. the spacebar doesntwork very good as you can see I am using it to type this review. Also changing my passwork inthe customize your computer page it sayserror. It shouldnt say error. I found a way to change my passwordin a different page but there should be no errors on any pagesim sure. Buta good laptop other than that."

"Being of the old school, I think you should have a written maual with each purchase. Something you can refer to time to time..I am gradually learning by myself,but it is an unnecessary pain in my opinion..Paying nearly a thousand bucks and no manual seems redundant to its application and satisfactory use.."

"My 2nd Toshiba laptop. Went for a larger screen & love it. In low light, letters are very difficult to see on keys. I liked the silver keys with black letters on my previous Toshiba better. Shipping was fast--arrived quickly."

"The product itself was defective when I first ordered it, so I had to return it (no big deal; things happen). However, I was told one thing, but left high and dry and in the dark on when the new laptop would be shipped...very frustrating."
