"I ordered my laptop online and needed help from the customer svc dept. They were the most pleasent, helpful people I have delt with in such a long, long time. They followed through and kept me on the phone while they worked things out. There was no hang up, call you back and never get a return call. Super great people! Give them all a raise!"
