"I had a good experience with Toshiba. This is the 2nd laptop I have gotten from Toshiba and I think it is a great product. I like the backlighting and the keyboard. I wish the battery life was better but all laptops have the same problem. This one also has a core5 and it is much faster. I would not have bought the core5 if the rep had not recommended it. Thanks for your help!!! Go Toshiba!!"

"I should always remember caveat emptor. The wireless adapter is 802.11b/g/n. But it only operates at 2.4 gHz. My fault for thinking that "802.11n" implied 5 gHz. I hope that future buyers will be more aware of what they are getting. Toshiba did not mislead me. It was my own ignorance that led me to jump to the conclusion about what 802.11n capability means."

"I'm not a computer geek so I'm looking for the basics. Fast hook-up, fast browsing and I love the little things like the no glare screen and back-lit keys. Did I mention it's very attractive too!"

"This is my first Toshiba. I love the keyboard feel and the backlighting is great for those early mornings. The case feels sturdy with no flex like some HP's I've used and the finish is functional and comfortable. Fast function and download streams too."

"I was in desperate need of a new laptop, and I did a significant amount of research. I decided to get a Toshiba, because the ratings were great, the price was great and it had everything I wanted. I have had this computer for 3 weeks, and I love everything about it except for one thing. I wish the usb ports were on the back of the computer or near the back on either side of the computer. Because they are near the front, they get in the way and take up space on a small desk. However, I knew I wouldn't like that when I bought this laptop, so I'm living with it. Also, I don't know whether the battery life is good or not, because I haven't had to use it yet. I gave it 4 stars anyhow. I highly recommend this computer. It is performing beautifully for me, and I am extremely happy!"
