"INCLUDED FEATURES MAKE THIS A GREAT VALUE. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE BACKLIT KEYBOARD AND WELL PLACED INDICATORS THAT LET YOU KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING! JUST AN OVERALL GREAT LAPTOP. OF COURSE, THE BATTERY LIFE IS SHORTER WHEN USING BACKLIT, BUT IT CAN BE TURNED OFF TO INCREASE BATTERY LIFE."

"I received the Laptop in a timely manner. Set up was very easy. I really like the features of the P series, the speed was great. 3 weeks after receving the Laptop the video card apparently went out. Diagnostics were fast, and the computer is being replaced at this time. This was my 3rd Toshiba computer and the first time I encountered a harware issue. Hopefully this was an isolated event."

"I find I am still using my old laptop, since the new one has the number keyboard on right, it seems I have to keep my hands at an odd angle to type, I have yet to figure out how to keep the screen from going from 100% to 200% on it's own, I hate that Microsoft did not provide Outlook unless you buy Word, which I do not need. I do not like the AC cord hooking up on right side it is in the way of the DVD player. The instructions indicate you should use the ac cord, but every now and then take the a/c cord off and let it run down. I do like the lighted keyboard. I wil not use this laptop until I am forced to by the death of my other one. I need to figure out how to transfer my email fron outlook to Live Mail...the instructions seem above my 15 year computer experience. I plan to hire someone to do this for me, as well as set up my email, I am having issues with that also. I purchased this about 2 1/2 months ago, but have only used it about 2 1/2 hours! I don't enjoy it at all."

"I needed another laptop to help with work and online surfing and this laptop works perfectly for me the only down side is that the touchpad mouse is a little slow when scrolling. Overall it was a good buy"

"I've only been using my laptop for about a week and I am thrilled with it. I like the way it lights up when I type. I haven't checked all the features, but, those that I have tried are very user friendly. I compared your laptops side by side on your web site and I do believe I picked a winner."

"Great features. The backlit keyboard is a great feature. Battery life varies but has an average of 3.5 hours. Great laptop for students!"

"This is my 2nd Toshiba Laptop.My husband purchased a netbook and didn't like it's limitations. So I gave him my old Toshiba and got his on. Love the back lit feature. The only thing is a wish the battery lasted longer going to check to see if can get a 6 cell batteryCharger. Otherwise this is a great Laptop."
