"my first laptop .i was surprised dat even with the low graphic memory it performed better (gaming) than my friend's they all want a piece of my lappy now, 6 gb ram is adequate .The only omission that i cant live with is sim card space"

"The P755 is a good looking unit and I like the backlit keyboard. But this is an unreliable unit and model number. To have 6 gig memory is is slow running,on bootup and loading the desktop. Battery goes dead after 5-7 days of sitting Idle unless battery is removed.This is unacceptable in my opinion."

"This is the first review I have ever written for ANYTHING, if that tells you something. So impressed. Bought this to go back to school with. Needed something that was affordable, but still a great computer. Superior audio with the harman/kardon speakers. Backlit keyboard is amazing. Separated keys makes typing easy with less errors. Battery life surpasses 5 hours. Love the buttons. Love the brand. USB3 port is wonderful and works so quickly! Only drawback is the quality of the webcam. Not crystal clear, but great for web chatting still."

"I used to buy Dell computers, exclusively. But, now that I have my Toshiba, I can't believe what I've been missing. It is so easy to use and has all the right features. I am glad I switched!"

"This our families 2nd Toshiba laptop and they have both performed well. I would recommend at least 8 GB of RAM and a 12-cell Battery for best performance and battery life."

"Great performer, and the backlit keyboard is makes working in poor lighting conditions a breeze. Only complaint is it will not allow Excel files to be saved in pdf format."

"Prior to buying this new Toshiba Satellite P775-S5182 I purchashed 3 different Dell computers. The most recent one I purchased was about two months prior to purchahing the Toshiba. It broke down at least 10 times in the first month. Finally I had enough and sent it back for a refunds. I had alwway heard how good Toshiba laptops were and purchased this new one. Best computer I have ever owned. The keyboard actually lites up, which is a great feature. The sound system if fastiastic as well. It s the Best laptop I have ever owned."

"I'm finding I have to manage all the features, ex. the touch pad is sometimes very sensitive & others I can't move the mouse. I have added an external mouse to minimize frustration. that said I haven't investigated settings etc. Not sure if sites ares slow, but even with turbo boost I find myself waiting for windows to open up."

"Great LCD, Sleek Design, Unique color, outstanding performance with plenty storage space. Poor battery life, Toshiba claims 4 hrs, but I found it to drain our at about 1.5 to 2 hrs on peformance Power plan setting. Overall, its a great device. Highly recommended!"
