"This computer has it all for me. Quick starting, hasn't hiccuped, accepts programs easily, tons of RAM, what else can you ask for? Now the real test... will it last longer than my last Toshiba? Time will tell!"

"The unit is fairly powerful; however, it comes with some pre-loaded software that is not removable or even the frequent "buy me now" windows must be "x'ed" out of everytime you turn it on which is extremely annoying. Also, it does not have an option for you to change the view to Windows Classic view. These are small but annoying inconveniencences. The power of the unit, the memory and cd and card reader features are great. It could use 2 or three more USB ports."

"Toshiba was my first laptop in 2007. Satellite model. And for my B-Day, received this laptop. The other was running strong still. This one here is a show stopper. Fantastic sound, resolution, backlit keyboard, and color/texture is supreme. I highly recommend this laptop or any one by Toshiba. They know how to make a difference."

"Surprising and Excellent Value for a pre-built laptop. I needed a quick and cheap computer for work and entertainment on an extended trip overseas. I went to my local military exchange store and compared all the models available pre-built and in-stock. None fit the bill with adequate speed and performance for the easy work demands and the tough entertainment demands but this one. I was surprised and very pleased. I looked at my years-long favorite, Dell, first, then Sony, and so on down the line. My last choice was this one--no reason why, apologies to Toshiba!--but lo! and behold! it met all my criteria. I took it home, used it, and have never looked back. Thanks Toshiba for supplying your military market for an affordable and highly-performing machine!"

"Really wish this computer had at least an Intel i5 series processor. Touchpad control is inconsistent--sometimes it is sensitive, sometimes it isn't. Touchpad scroll does not work very well, either. I do really like the backlit keyboard and the number keypad. And the speakers are of decent quality."

"So far, so good, My first time with a Toshiba, owned a Gateway, HP, and an IBM. Love the LED key board and the number key pad. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend, but so far, so good…"
