"SHOULD HAVE A LIGHTED KEYBOARD FOR THE PRICE. SHOULD HAVE LONGER BATTERY LIFE. SHOULD HAVE A CHOICE WHETHER TO GO TO TOSHIBA'S WEBSITE ON BOOT-UP, INSTEAD OF MANDATORY. KEYPAD TOO TOUCHY. HAVE LOST COMPLETE LETTERS WHEN TYPING BECAUSE OF THAT. GOOD PERFORMANCE."

"Ever since I got this laptop, I have had issues with Windows 7 crashing (i.e., stopping and restarting). Also, the USB port on the right side of the laptop are in a bad location. I like to place my mouse (I use a standalone mouse) right next to the laptop (on the right side). However, that's exactly where two of the USB ports are located. Therefore, the USB cords plugged into those two ports prevent me from placing my mouse in the location I want it. More than 4 USB ports would be appreciated. Why only one USB 3.0 port? I don't need 3 USN 2.0 ports; I would rather have all the ports be 3.0. Not as fast as I would have expected for an i7-2670 processor."

"This laptop has just about all the features anyone could ask for. Performance is awsome for home use and very good for office use. The sound system is better than average and it could use a better graphics card. All in all it is an awsome laptop for its price. Definitely more bang for the buck!"

"The satellite laptop I purchased had the options that I wanted. That being said I am not a gamer nor do I frequent social media websites. I have a great afinity for music and buy/download many albums a year. Sound quality is one feature that was important to me, this computer delivers. The high resolution screen and Blu Ray DVD were items that were considered as well. The laptop I replaced was a Sattellite of '04 vintage which never experienced a hardware malfunction. In fact the only time it was cracked open was to add RAM. In my opinon Toshiba has proven that quality is very important."

"The hardware is solid, but the casing leaves something to be desired. I purchased this machine to replace my home pc because I have always trusted Toshiba. . The unit arrived, I was very excited. Unboxed the machine and immediately did not like it. The battery in the back moves back and forth in one end. The escape key was pinched under the casing, when I grabbed the unit on one side I hard some popping sound some something was not quite in its place. I am sending this unit back and will wait, but then again I am SERIOUSLY thinking about buying a MAC instead. I should have listened to my instincts."
