"This is my third custom-built Toshiba satellite laptop in nine years. The previous two were great. This one suffers from a terrible keyboard, in that the space bar, unless pressed exactly in the middle, does not register a space, and has been this way since Day 1. I have had to attach an external keyboard to be able to work. Am working with Toshiba Support on the issue. Based on this problem I would not buy another or recommend a Toshiba laptop. Sad."

"Like the computer but I have purchased two and both faulty plug in (the area where the plug enters the computer is weak and easily breaks) so the computer doesnt charge. Never had this problem with any other computer before. But Both of these Toshiba computers are problems. Too 40+ days to get the last one fixed!"

"I ordered a customized version of this laptop and the blu-ray player stopped working within 3 days. The Hard drive made intermittent clicking/humming noises. Windows 8 gave me the "black screen" of death several times during the 2nd week of ownership."

"This laptop is very good for gaming, but I find on problem-I cannot install Windows 7. There should be a customization option where you are allowed to install Windows 7. Is Windows 7 compatible or not? I am afraid to find out in fear of installing it and damaging it."
