"The machine arrived on time as indicated in the contract. With respect to the rating I gave, the product does not qualify for a five stars as it is comparable to other brands. One thing missing, the recovery disc, I had to postpone the usage for hours as I did not have the right CD, nor the recommended flash drive. Why do not include with a product. It would have help to give a higher rate!!!"

"This is replaceing another Toshiba laptop that I have had for over 5 years. This new one is outstanding in all areas (size, weight and capabilities) If it holds out like the last Toshiba I will have no complaints."

"The only way I could get this laptop was to buy with win 8 installed. I did not want win 8, I bought another win 7 operating system. After removind win8 and installing win7, several hours were required to get and install drivers. I am still transferring my programs. Toshiba will go down if they don't allow customers to pick their OS. I would not do it again and I was a long time Toshiba fan."

"I LOVE THIS LAPTOP. VERY FAST I7 QUAD CPU AND 8 GB MEMORY. I TB HARD DRIVE, MORE THAN I'LL EVER USE. THE CAPS LOCK KEY HAS A LIGHT SO I CAN SEE IF IT'S ON OR OFF. SIMPLE EASY KEYBOARD LAYOUT WITH RAISED KEYS MAKE TYPING EASY.AND BACK LIT TO BOOT. SCREEN HAS BEAUTIFUL COLR AND VERY SHARP RESOLUTION. THE FINISH ON THIS LAPTOP IS SOMEWHAT EMBOSSED SO YOU DONT SEE ANY FIGERPRINTS. HARMON KARDON SPEAKERS SOUND LOUD AND SMOOTH, BUT NOT GREAT SOUND."
